PRIVACY AND SECURITY AH Center is committed to maintaining your privacy and the security of the information you provide to us. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE AH Center collects information from our members at several different points on our website. AH Center is the sole owner of the information collected on this Site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others. AH Center may release information to comply with valid legal requirements such as a law or regulation, search warrant, subpoena or court order. If we are legally compelled to disclose information about you to a third party, we will notify you unless doing so would violate a court order. During registration, a member is required to provide certain contact information (such as name, and email address). This information is used to contact the member with information regarding the site and his/her membership. We also encourage members to provide certain optional information (age, gender and occupation) so we can continue to accumulate and develop normative data by these classifications. LOG FILES In the same fashion as most standard website servers, we use log files. This includes IP (internet protocol) addresses, browser type, ISP (internet service provider), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks. These files are used to analyze trends, administer the Site, track member's movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information. SHARING Retail establishments, including websites, utilize third party credit card processing firms to bill their customers for purchases of goods or services. These credit card processors are prohibited from using personally identifiable information except for the purpose of such billing. Accordingly, they do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purpose. LINKS This Site contains links to other web sites. Please be aware that AH Center is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. If you link from our Site to any other site, we encourage you to read the privacy statement of that other site. This Privacy and Security Statement applies solely to information collected by this Site. SECURITY AH Center takes every reasonable precaution to protect our members' information. When you submit sensitive information via the Site, your information is protected both online and offline. When our registration form asks members to enter their credit card number, that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry, Secure Socket Layer (SSL). While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect member information offline. All of our members' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices and the facilities of our web hosting provider, AmericanEagle.com. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job, e.g., a billing clerk or a customer service representative, are granted access to personally identifiable information. Furthermore, all employees are promptly notified of changes to our security and privacy practices. Lastly, the servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment. We make every reasonable effort to prevent the alteration, theft, loss or misuse of our members' information by others. However, please remain cognizant that there is always some risk in transmitting information over the Internet. You agree that AH Center may send electronic mail to you for the purpose of advising you of changes or additions to this Site, about any of AH Center's products or services, or for such other purpose(s) as AH Center deems appropriate. AH Center also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in AH Center's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or AH Center, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise. SEVERABILITY If any provision or provisions of these Terms of Use shall be held to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable or in conflict with the law of any jurisdiction, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
