On May 23, 2009 Franka was awarded "Chapter of the Year" Award from the International Association of Counselors and Therapists at their annual International Hypnosis Conference in Daytona Beach, making the I.A.C.T. chapter Franka leads at her center "Art of Embracing Life MarMar" in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, the largest chapter worldwide.
